Customize a Start Button link?
 

I was wondering if I could take the Browser button on the Start Button and change it to open the community window instead of the Browser as I use that more than the ingame browser. Thanks!

sure, search browser, replace togglecommunity or whatever the command is called. Or just press the shortcut button.
