Is there a better way to move windows/hotbars?
 

I find it so difficult to click the PERFECT PIXEL just to move a window. Is there a mod to fix this issue?

It's kind of funny that your complaining about this problem. Seeing as most modders are trying to get rid of all the "wasted" space that the default interface has. The problem is that it makes it hard to find a handle to move a window. I guess the biggest culprit of this is the hotbars. That's why I always leave the spinners enabled. There is usually some extra room to grab the bar on the spinner.

Oh and one more thing, a lot of the interface pieces have the "Click Through" or "Locked" enabled, so you can't move them. If you right click on the piece the sub menu should show the status of those to settings.

ProfitUI hotbars have a special area which you can grab to move them but I'm not sure whether you can take them out of the set without issues (might be some font issues at least).
