If this error don't go away when you restart the computer , i don't know how to solve it.
If it still there you can try Landiins Map updater.

figured it out.
 

It was a .net issue, and me being a moron and never updating my PC. I shut off the updates due to them always popping up at the wrong time in pvp or something lol. Anyway. Its working now, what a great tool!!!
