Error with v 1.2.3
 

Get warning there was a error getting latest version info: unable to connect to the remote server, also where there would be a normal information I get navigation to the webpage was canceled. Starting at the wording under the update bars say: There were error(s) UI Directory: EQ2MAP

Then in the area where it lists updated zones/files it has:
Checking database, failed to download database, Error downloading file: DATABASE.gz, unable to connect to the remote server, Retry

then it repeats after which it says:
No Upadated Files, No New Files, Update Done


Now I know I am on the internet and connected hense I am typing this, firewall and av are disabled and still get this same issue, any suggestions?

can you connect to maps.eq2interface.com with Internet Explorer?

i am trying to download the latest version of EQ2Map-Updater-123 i can exstractit but right after that im use the setup. exe when i try to set it up i get a error it says error opening file for writing help

Same exact message I am getting when I try to update to the 1.2.3 version.

If you use Vista you need to run it as Administrator.
