It runs fine sometimes for 5 hours and sometimes it does it right as i log in. It is totally random. Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I run Profit UI in 1680X1050

Interesting. My friend has been telling me of a similar problem and he uses default UI. On the official forums they are telling him it is his video card drivers but he is on a laptop and finding drivers for mobile video cards is a pain in the arse. If you are playing on a desktop, could you try updating your video card drivers and let me know if it works? Also, what are your system spec's? He's running EQ2 with Windows Vista SP1, 8800GTM Nvidia, 3gb of ram and a pretty nice processor if I remember correctly. It ends up causing him to crash frequently.

Maybe the graphics card itself. I saw a few HD4xxx from Sapphire lately that are overheating causing graphic errors and system crashes.

I fixed it. I did reinstall my video drivers and I also, and more importantly, completely uninstalled profit UI and deleted the directories. I then did the automatic install and it all is working perfectly.

My system is AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 5000, 4 Gigs of Memory and an Nvidia GeForce 8500 GT. So gimp system is definately not the prob:)
