Updater Changes UI to Default Skin
How can I keep the updater from changing the UI to the default skin?
|
Use the variants menu for an "official" skin or the ignore function (right click the file you do not want to be updated) for another skin.

Thanks, gm9. :D

You should add other's skins to your variants. Of course...with their permission.

The problem is that your skins package xml files as well. The way the variants are set up that means that I would need to repackage all other skins with the default variants of the XML files you use. That again means that everybody currently having a variant set would redownload their skin. And each time SOE changes that XML I need to update every skin again and they would get redownloaded again.
Therefore no chance for your skins, sorry, but everybody else is welcome to ask. ;) |
