Click to cure not working with potions in the personal bank

This may only be a bug for some classes, but as a level 80 guardian my cure buttons for myself in my group window do not use the regular potions since GU49 removed all the rare cure potions.

Ah, wasn't aware that rare potions had been removed. However, the script also uses dedicated potions. Unless they changed the item links for those it should stisll work.

I've been having the same problem here actually. Sometimes the quick cast buttons work, sometimes not, I haven't really seen a pattern as yet. Not a big deal for me tbh as I have the potions hot barred too as that's normally where I'm concentrating on.

When I click on the quick cast button I more oftern than not get the "Item is not in your inventory" message, they do cast sometimes tho, which is a little odd to say the least. I wonder whether the code's a little confused, so to speak, if it's still first looking for the old rare potions first.

I am not sure this is the cause, but when I got this message I had extra potions in the bank. When I moved the extra potions to my shared bank, I stopped getting the error.

My guess, was that the game saw the potions in the bank first, and tried to use them, and cound not really use them.

I have seen this kind of behaviour with L&L pieces. If you have a L&L piece in the bank, and one in your inventory, and you examine it and use it, it will use the piece in the bank, and leave the one in your inventory.

I heard the bank issue before, but never had it confirmed. That's worth checking out. The "item not in inventory" message is normal as long as it casts because the code is indeed looking for the rare potions first.

the "bank issue" is the same for the shiny bear (the armored burnyia that gives you shinies when you feed it). It will take the bones, water, and bags from the bank before your inventory. At first I thought it was a bug. I only had 3 of each on me. I went to use the guild shiny bear, and I kept getting pull after pull after pull after pull. I simply got bored after the 20-25 time. It turns out, it was pulling from my inventory in my bank :(

Suggested Click to Cure change

Since the change to cures, there is no longer a need to have Grandmaster and Expert remedys in the click to cure macros.

I suggest changing the default to Dedicated Arcane/Noxious/Elemental/Trauma Remedy.

EDIT:
After posting this I decided to configure it for myself, and I see that the VDL number for Dedicated is already in place for potion 1 in the profitui_cures.txt

Looking closer I noticed I was getting a message "You may only use items in your inventory. So I checked my broker and bank. Sure enough I had some in the bank. Even tho I had some in my inventory, it wanted to use the ones in my bank for some reason. I assume this is a SOE bug not a Profit UI bug. But none the less important to make sure if you want your click to cure to work, dont have any potions in your bank.
