Tabs/Buttons blacked out???
 

I'm not sure on how to explain this. So I am attaching a SS of what my map looks like now after the TSO Expansion and EQ2map (v1.1.1) update.
I have uninstalled and deleted all map files, along with eq2.ini, and eq2ui_mainhud_map.xml. Reinstalled EQ2map and its still the same.
I have nerver used any other map UI other than EQ2map or the default.



Any input on this would be greatly appreciated.

Mine is exactly the same, not sure if its my fetish ui although ive tried to move the dafault ui files into fetish see if that worked which it didnt.

So I guess will just have to wait for fetish update ?

had the same problem - i use thorui thought... still, I fixed it by going into the file

eq2ui_mainhud.xml

and adding the line

<include>eq2ui_mainhud_map2.xml</include>

that worked for me. Maybe it will work for you as well

Im not very good at this stuff and so would still ask for a little guidance please.....

Not exactly sure where to place the line :
<include>eq2map/skinnable_LocationImages.xml</include>

is it in my fetish ui eq2ui_mainhud.xml
or
eq2map eq2ui_mainhud.xml

and either way where exactly do i place the line as i have tried both places and still cannot get it to work..

Place it in the one you use.
And its
<include>eq2ui_mainhud_map2.xml</include>
you should paste in your eq2ui_mainhud.xml

Having same issue but with other problem
 

Im also having this problem but when i try and save it will not let me it said .

"Cannot create the path C:\Program files (x86)\Sony\Everquest II\UI\FetishNightfall\eq2ui_mainhud.xml file."
Make sure that the path and file name are correct

I did not change anything other then the line that was told to paste into the mainhud folder.Im useing Vista would this make it where i have to do something else? any info is greatful Thanks

I think you need to run it as administrator or vista stops you from altering any system files.

Ok.. I got it YAY.I had to turn off UAC then restart my pc a few times lol then i was able to paste it in there and now it works WOOT. Thanks for your help!

FetishNightfall 10.5 released today should resolve any prior map issues.

The update did not fix it for me. I am still having issues.
