invisible cloaks

Hi, I can't see my, or anyone's, cloak. I only have had Profit UI for 3 weeks, but as directed in forums, I deleted ini files and re-downloaded. Still can't see cloaks, any suggestions?

The ProfitUI "Raid" video hide cloaks to increase performance, select one of the other settings to reenable them.
