running in vista 64bit

having problems trying to update in vista 64 bit

Error Opening Database File: mscorlib
at System.IO.__Error.WinIOError(Int32 errorCode, String maybeFullPath)
at System.IO.Directory.InternalCreateDirectory(String fullPath, String path, DirectorySecurity dirSecurity)
at System.IO.Directory.CreateDirectory(String path, DirectorySecurity directorySecurity)
at EQ2MAPUpdater.MainWindow.DownloadUpdates()Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\EQ2MAP Updater\cache\' is denied.

Update? I can't even install it on my new laptop with Vista 64. Took SOE 45 minutes helping we to get the game in and now I have no maps till I figure this out somehow. Anyone have a way to do this?
