Why havent i seen any Delta UIs for EQ2

one of the most popular UIs in EQ1 hasnt been made for EQ2 yet. remember http://www.eqinterface.com/downloads...bs.php?id=2483 how everything just fit perfectly together, no mess, no unalignment. why dont one of you programing wizes take this on.
