Do i delete the default eq2 ui

after installing profit ui do i have to delete the default eq2 ui?

No. Profit needs the default UI for all the unmodded portions. Think of UI mods as overlays on top of the default, you need the default underneath for them to overly on.

And if you do delete the default UI directory, the patcher will just re-download it again anyway.
