Quick raid Macros, how to send tell
 

Hi, I'm a troubador and I would love to have the first quick button macro to cast Jcap on the person designated and it send them a tell telling them I have casted Jesters cap on them.
For instance.

I click the 1 next to Neutralized's name, It would be awesome to have it send a tell to Neutralized telling him that I casted Jesters cap on them, and i would like it to cast it upon them.
Where do I fix this and how?
