Cast and Recast timers
 

I use ProfitUI. when I hit "P", to view stats on character, my cast timers are at 12%, Reuse timers are at 19%. Now, here is the weird part. If i have on Crimson Robe of Alendine, (reduces casting time by 10%) and remove it, Spell Cast Timer still says 19%. If I log with it off, log on, I am still at 19%. Equip it, still at 19%. Anyone else have this problem? I have unequipped and reequipped everything more than once, and the numbers never change. Now, if i unequip it, and look at "bolt of ice", cast time is 3.19 secs. Equip it, cast time is 2.95 secs. It seems to be working, as far as effectively reducing the recast times, but any ideas why the percentages are not working, ie why it stays at 19% no matter what I equip/unequip?

Wasn't it that gear based buffs are not shown in the persona window anyway? Or something like that, at least the values are not accurate (as written on my known issues page), but it's nothing I can do about, they are sent from the server.

That could be it. Spell crit, which works, also works in the Default UI, but the Default UI does not have a Cast Timer or Reuse Timer "tab". Thx for the fast reply.

Some items "improve casting speed" and show up in cast speed bonus in persona. Other items "reduce casting time of spells" and those stats don't show up in the persona data, even though your individual spell times will change as you equip and unequip them.
