loaded everything successfully and nothing happened
 

the only error i got was "please run Everquest 2 manually"

the map program ran, updated 670 something files, just nothing when i use the map.

You are not updating to the right path, thats wy you get this error, it can't find the EQ2.exe file.
Search your harddrive for everquest2.exe and make sure the path is the same in the Options window.

ok guys i've been searching threads and this is the problem i'm having...

i installed everything downloaded files but when i look at my map in eq2 i don't have the tab for loc's...

I've tried to update my path in options but it wont work... for everquest 2 directory it is set as c:\Sony which is where my eq2 folder is (moved it out of x86 so i don't have to put up with admin privliges crap.) my auto launch is set to c:\Sony\EQ2.exe and will auto launch eq2 upon download completion.

when i try to set my eq2 directory to make sure its downloading the updates to the right place it wont change the path. i can find everquest2.exe but when i hit ok it doesn't change the path. help please!!!!

i'm running vista 64 as well.

There is no separate tab for loc's

Is the Option path C:\Sony or should it be?
