Same here, Vista Ultimate 64. I used the program for months with 64, then did a clean reinstall this weekend.

vista is denying the program access to write its config file in the folder you have it installed (notice the last line). Right click and run it as administrator.

Thought I had already done that, but at any rate it's fixed now. Thanks for the reply )
