Not saving?

Hey, I successfully installed the prophet UI reborn and when I setup my hotbars etc, and log out. When I come back, everything is back to default. I just type /loadui and change it back to Prophet, but it screws up my hotbars, is there a way i can permanently save Prophet as my default?
Also, For some reason, when i drag and drop totems, poisons, etc to my hotbars while using Prophet UI, it doesn't show the number remaining in my inventory/bank. I tried unchecking/checking the window settings option that shows numbers in the hotbar (can't remember the exact words) but I did check that option, still no success =(

Using /loadui causes numbers in bags to be positioned incorrectly. I can't help you with the other problems offhand.

I would say make sure your EQ2.ini is set up correctly.

delete all your ini files for your characters and start over. My problem with things not saving is the loot window... I can lock the window anywhere I want and it will reset to the far left (omg its liberal lol!) when I relog.

Hmm. Thought: are you running Vista with EQ2 installed in the standard Program Files location? If so, Vista's built-in protection mechanisms may be blocking any attempt to modify files in the program directory. EQ2 stores the saved UI layout and settings in the program directory, and it can't save them if Vista refuses to allow writes there.

To get around this, you can disable Vista's file protections. You can also run EQ2 as an administrator. Or you can install EQ2 outside the Program Files tree, say in it's own directory under the drive root.
