Progress bars(I think?)
What I want to do is create a bar lets say that mimics the casting bar. Press a button and it fills up, I don't care about changing the time. Is this even possible? After fooling around with the UI builder and searching the forums I found nothing :/
I know theres some timer thing but it seemed very complicated for me to alter. |
Progress bars are the visual representations of dynamic data. To make a progress bar just for the sake of having one, you can, but without the dynamic data, it will always remain empty. Now if you're asking if you can put say a casting bar into another window like the Player window, then yes you can.

While I have not done this, I think it is possible.
Effectors provide for animating sequences and this does not require dynamic data, just some action to start it and then the effector has properties to determine the actions. Check out section 7.2 of the EQ2_UI_Customization.doc found in your UIBuilder folder. Hope this helps. |
Thanks i will check that out
