Hide Windows
 

I read the FAQ and Perfromance Tips (http://www.eq2interface.com/portal.php?&id=15&pageid=29) and was wondering how I would hide the info windows that contain stats (attk.,ac,mit etc.) is it just using the fade selectors or can I remove them completely? I am trying to gain as much performance out of my system as possible and I figure if I never need these windows I would like to turn them off. I guess I am asking if there is a minimal ProfitUI config that I can utilize.

......ok, so I took the liberty of editing the pic of the UI and placed red arrows of the windows I would like to remove/hide. I will also play with the removal of chat windows I never use and turn off chat channels/features I never look at.

Opacity sliders are generally enough if to move them to zero. However, in this case you can do:

• Alt-X for the XP (entire) window
• Alt-C for the clock window
• Alt-N for the compass window
• Frame&titlebar=none for the target/implied target windows
• Frame&titlebar=none for the bottom bar (you could also completely remove _ProfitUI_BottomBar.xml for a slight performance gain - don't forget to add it to the ignore list on the updater next time you update)
