The updater not installing the whole UI
 

I reciently re-installed my system (including EQ) and when I wend to install profit, I simply tried the updater, however there were many UI windows missing (bag being most noticable)

DL'ing the UI from the portal, then updating it does fix this issue

Just thought I'ed let you know.

Maybe you put some files on ignore, the updater has the same files as the manual download.

Nope, nothing on ignore, it was just installed. (had not even patched EQ, or EQ2 Maps for that matter.)
