can anyone tell me what it means?

If that's the only error you can disregard it.

Probably means you use an old version of the updater, hit "redownload all files" and that file was read only. Since the file comes with ProfitUI you don't need the EQ2MAP updater to download it anyway (that would just replace the ProfitUI version).
