Detrimental effects window..
 

Would very much like to see one that adds the names of detriments on the side of the icon, very much like maintained window can, just smaller..

Is this possible?

I've been hoping to find something like this too but have been unable to find it yet.

I don't think SoE gives us the dynamicdata for that. Although... I have been wrong =/

You can try to give feedback to SoE asking for a DD for those, but at the moment, we have no way of doing it

That's disappointing. Especially with the raids coming in the new expansion (from what I hear, I've not tested them) there are a lot of VS-like encounters so it would be nice to be able to quickly see debuff names rather than looking at icons.

Hopefully SOE will add this soon.

Well I did ask a dev for Beneficial/Detrimental effects Name/Target/Duration/AmountRemaining (just like maintained). He said that he couldn't make any guarentees on when or if he could add more dynamic data. He said some of the data may not be sent to the client until mouseover, which means it probably wouldn't happen.

I wouldn't keep your hopes up because of the "it might not go to client until mouseover" (ala it's probably not possible), but we can always hope :D
