with new cures i cannot seem to get all 4 raid groups horazontaly accross the screen anymore it wont let me make the window that big

Ah right, I might have forgotten to adjust the max size. Anyway, I will revert to the 4 cure raid window again because as the cure cannot be cast raid wide it does not make too much sense to have it there.

did you say you removed the click to cure buttons in the raid window? And it also looks like you said we cant cast cures across the raid?

Is there a reason I can see DoTs on group members but not on raid members?

The icons for raid window don't change ever.

I have also noticed that the raid leader has every cure button lit up, like they have a bunch of debuffs on them.

Only the Cure Curse. That spell's group-friend only, not raid-friend. All other cures are raid-wide, but Cure Curse can only be cast on someone in your current group. All other cures remain usable on the entire raid, AFAIK.

OK right. So anyway i dont see the faded click to cure icons anymore in the raid window. Even though they didnt light up for me when someone had something on them, i could still click it to cure them. Was very helpful. Did you remove those click to cure icons?

No, they should still be there, maybe you turned them off (there's a toggle in windowsettings I think).
