effects on target at a glance
 

I have an assassin and I have certain skills that do extra damage when my target is poisoned. I know that I can see the icons for all the effects on a target, but in alot of fights there can be a really large number of icons there. I'm hoping for something that could give some sort of at a glance indicator of effects like poisoned, mezed, stifled, or anything else like that. Perhaps a large icon displayed near the target or implied target window, recolor the health bar perhaps? Sorry if this has already been covered, I couldn't really figure out the right search terms to look this up.

Has been covered multiple times. What you see on maintained and the various effects windows is all you get, more is not possible.
