Loot Window Problem... Tried it all! Still Broke
 

Having the loot window "incompatable" message...

Yesterday, fixed this on desktop using patch provided by website.

Today playing on laptop, tried...

1) patch
2) deleted loot file
3) realized new version and deleted EVERYTHING, EQ2 maps and Nightfall
4) did clean install using new version and complete install instructions
5) deleted loot file
6) tried patch again
7) deleted loot file, and group files as mentioned in original post about broke loot window

Oh, and I rebooted my computer twice and the game everytime I did one of those options. STILL not working. Both laptop and desktop using vista. fixed easy on desktop what is wrong with laptop??

Make sure you're deleting and installing into a directory that matches the one in your eq2.ini.

For example, if you had a Fetish folder and a FetishNightfall folder and made the changes to the FetishNightfall one but your eq2.ini is pointing to Fetish, then obviously the changes wouldn't work.
