mainhud_map.xml
Before I updated vert for LU43 eq2map was working great. for some reason after the updates the mainhud_map.xml file from eq2map project is causing mainhud to end pre-maturely and every page after mainhud to show up inside mainhud.
because everything following mainhud (proxyactor, custom styles etc) is now part of mainhud the game crashes immediatly when you try starting up. This dosn't happen if i use the default mainhud_map from sony. i've never touched the mainhud_map file and even deleting it to redownload it has the same effect. (i usually take the file out of vert before release in case people don't wish to be using it) Any suggestions how I can fix this? |
Anything in your UI error log?

I know I crashed on the Test server because of the map when looking at the test update recently, did not happen on live however. But my test server installation is crashing every other hotfix so I did not think much of it and did not follow up on the issue.

nope nothing in the ui error log, the game didn't even get that far, but false alarm anyways, using the builder i found the exact spot it was ending incorrectly and turned out my skinnable_windowelements was wrong (LowerTabBkg had <Page ="True" for some reason).
Not sure why it worked fine until I changed it for LU43 but at least it's fixed now. |
