Notes
 

I would just love a box to put text or notes to myself in. Like when I see something drop that I like so I can look for it later at a broker... there are a million uses. Something so I dont have to keep a pen and a sticky note nearby. Although saving it would be nice (like a text file) its not all that important to me that it out last the session.

A new window (or a window that is not currently used much or something that I can open and close) I tried opening another chat box and creating my own private chat channel for just that box, but that proved cumbersome.

Insom, would it be possible to dump the notes into the log file on zone? Each line could just start "NOTE: <whatever>."

Logging is probably hard-coded, but if not that would be easy enough to parse out at the end.

You couldn't save the notes into an XML file?

What about referencing a txt file within your ui folder? It would be read only-but you could edit it during game play then when you reload it would be there. I have notepad open to keep track of quests--would love to see the notepad in game (even if editing would be unavailable) and then could go out to windows to update it.
