Warning Pop Up about UI
 

Greetings all,

I recently reinstalled EQ2 (after installing Vista) and when I started playing again yesterday I got the following message:

"The Detrimental spell effects window is not present. You will not see detrimental effects on your character until you patch your UI."

Now this is all fine well and good, but I don't have a full UI to patch (I only use EQ2Maps, Startbutton Command Center, Seagoats Journal (Quest Journal)) so I don't know what I could do about this patch issue. Also this message comes up EVERYTIME I ZONE and it's driving me nuts.

Lastly, assuming that someone here can enlighten me about how to get rid of this message, how can I hide the detrimental effects window?

***New Info***
Okay I have found that adding the line "<include>eq2ui_mainhud_detrimental_effects.xml</include> " at the bottom of the eq2_mainhud.xml file will make the window show up. As for hiding it I just made it as small as possible and used the window settings to make it inivisible.
