Error Updating on Fresh Installation
 

I am getting this error message after installing the program...

Error Opening Database File: mscorlib

at System.IO.Directory.InternalCreateDirectory(String fullPath, String path, DirectorySecurity dirSecurity)
at System.IO.Directory.CreateDirectory(String path, DirectorySecurity directorySecurity)
at EQ2MAPUpdater.MainWindow.DownloadUpdates()Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\EQ2MAP Updater\cache\' is denied.


Any help would be appreciated.

You need to give the program full access to the file system or else it won't work :(

If you're running on Vista, make sure to chose to run the updater as an admin -- since its C:/Program Files/ if the program is not running as an admin it will throw access violations like you seem to be experiencing.
