Updating or reloading?
 

Ever since i installed ver. 1.0.16 on three different puters, all have been updating the full 31,2MB of files everytime i run the updater. Is this a known bug, or some option i failed to set?

This error i can't reproduce :(
What OS are you using ?
Does it happend if you press the update button again when the update is done ?

OS is Win2000Pro, i haven't tried hitting the update button after full update has been done. Will try and let you know :)

Some more info :

EQ2MAP is installed on drive C: and EQ2 itself on drive D:

Even though i had the full update done yesterday, when i tried it this morning, i got :

"Checking Database
Failed to download database
Error downloading file: DATABASE
The request was aborted: The request was cancelled
Retry"

then it started downloading the full 30,5MB. I stopped it, cleared the cache and started it again and let it do the full update. Once done, i hit the update button and it started downloading the 30,5MB yet again.

This i don't get, if it was all the files then it shuld be 35.9MB.
Are they reported as New or Updated?

Edit: Found out its the image files 30.5 MB
They are not checked for a MD5 value only that they exist.
Somehow this fails on your computer. :(

Edit2: I think i found it, can you tell me what country you live in ?

Turkey (LOL got a warning that a message needs to be at least 10 chars, so there ya go) :)

Tried it out on 2 puters so far, and they updated 1,40MB and 1,04MB respectively. Second time around both declared all updates are up to date.
Will try it on the 3rd puter tomorrow.
