Log-in Data
 

Is there a way to set it up so that the UI remembers my Username, pw, characters, etc.? Each time I load it and EQ2 starts up, the blue log-in window that pops up is blank and I have to type it in each time. I know there's a couple files in the UI directory profitui_logindata and such, but I know crap about XML, making UIs, and such, and I would screw it up.

ProfitUI, can you please help me? I love your UI, just need help with that...

..oh, btw, is there a way to make the "Inventory" window, the one that opens when you press "I" back to the default? I tried deleting what I thought was the correct XML but apparently it wasn't as all the windows were hosed. Would like the same thing for the bag/container windows that open. Other than that, the UI is great.

OK, open _ProfitUI_LoginData.txt with Notepad or any ASCII editor.

The top line must read:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><DataSource Name="CharacterData">

The bottom line must read:
</DataSource>

Now, to add a Toon or such:

<Data username="myaccount" password="myspecialpass" Name="JoxsTrapp" server="Guk" />

In this example, your Station Login name is 'myaccount' and your password is 'myspecialpass'. You're from the Guk Server and your Toon's name is Joxstrapp.

The inventory window is eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml and the bags window is eq2ui_inventory_bag.xml.
