received the same problem today, also on my wifes pc and also after restarting the computer ... so there shouldn't be sth. that's using the discribed file ... everything worked fine the past weeks and woe both didn't change anything so far, the prog isn't blocked by the firewall and we have the latest version ...
anyone an idea for this? |
Which version of the updater are you guys using? The newest available version is 1.0.16

This is a known issue,but most times a restart solves it.
Try clear the cache and try again. Im not sure if it's the program or somthing at your end :( But this is a rare occasion, you are one of the unlucky ones :( |
didn't do anything, but 2h later everything worked fine again ... strange thing, but solved by itself :p ... anyway, thx for your help guys ;)
