chat window scrolling
 

Anyone have a problem with trying to scroll the chat windows? The bottom arrows work, but the top ones the mouse does not seem to recognize. It is like the socials button will not let you access the arrow. Do not know if that is the case, just seems that way. Only way to move up is to drag the bar up and that usually jumps too far too fast for me. :(
