[Added] [Map] Sandstone Delta: The Standing Storm

This is the second of the RoR raid zones. It shares an image with the overland zone, Sandstone Delta. Since this image is not already in the maps folder, I have copied the image from the maps.eq2interface.com website. The zone-in is in Sandstone Delta, and POI 75356 already marks the door.
