Side by Side quest journal, with new collections tab
 

Hi

This is my first attempt at a mod from scratch, it appears to be working when I use it but any feedback on anything that is broken will be appreciated.

It is the quest journal, done side by side as several others have before, but this is the version with the new collection tab that is currently on Test.
