I would like to see a graphic representing the relative position of an item in space.
For example: _________ / / / _________ Top line is the ceiling value (if possible to figure) or highest value of Y Bottom line is the floor or zero value for Y The line in the middle is the item showing pitch/roll Another graphic to show rotation _________ imagine a box in here that rotates _________ I assume we will be able to determine top and bottom of item by rotation value, so a designator on the box to show top would be useful. Also visual scaling of the box with Scale value changes. Obviously in relative terms, not based on item. So box at 1.0, box at 2.0 and box at 0.5 type thing. These things would not need to be exacting, but rather provide visual cue to the operation being performed so it is not just value adjustment that you have to visualize all on your own. We have computers after all. Of course wish list items would include an EQ2 map integrated layout for course positioning with drag and drop on the floor plan multi-item collision detection |
Oh they finally putting it out as a xml file.. wow didn't' see that update..
