How do i get new hotbar windows?

I am using the extremeUI and like it a lot. On my main, I have 4 hot bar windows up. But I am unable to create any more on this character. On any other characters I am creating/using, I am unable to add any hot bars beside the initial one. When I right click on the existing hotbar I don't get the option to open a new hot bar. Is there a possibility that these characters already have multiple hot bars up and I need to do a keystroke combination to make them visible or is there another way to get the option to create new hotbars.

Hmm thought I had fixed that.. You should be able hover the mouse over the edge of the current hotkey to get the new window context menu. If not try resizing it to a 7x5 config and right clicking in the empty space under the 7th icon space.

Alas, I have the same problem. And unfortunately, I don't get what you mean with the 7x5 thingie... :( :o
Either there is nothing beneath the seventh icon, or I am blind, stupid or both...

Besides that... how can I run EQ2 without Extreme UI once Extreme UI has been installed?

Yea that didn't make any senice, make it where the hot bar has 2 rows, top row 7 icons, bottom row 5, then click on the dead space ofter the 5th icon on the bottom row.

Just like any other UI, remove the eq2.ini file.

Ah! Thank you! I will have a go at that!
Thanks for the quick reply too!

Suppose I change the eq2.ini file into eq2.ini.tst (for example) to run EQ2 without the ui to do some tests.
If I change it back afterwards, is my ui just like before then? Or won't it work that way?
