Big Blue Blobs
 

It's been a while since I noticed them there, but I know they're fairly new. The big blue dots on the maps pointing to certain POI's. The problem is they are too large and cover other POI's and often they cover the flashing waypoint "X".

Is there some way to remove them or make them smaller? It's really made the UI inconvenient at times.

Blue blobs (quest update regions): right-click the map, click Filter, then uncheck "quest" (lowercase) down at the bottom of the list.

Blue dots (public quest areas): If you are referring to the blue circles with the outline of three people in the center, I don't know of a way to remove these. They go away when the PQ ends.
