Just uploaded the Perdition Mix UI V2 that contained the Implied target window and all patch enhancement.

Please clear entirely the old Perdition UI folder before installing the new one.

If the Target window and implied target window do not show the first time, just type /show_window MainHUD.Target and /show_window MainHUD.ImpliedTarget (case sensitive)

You have a default Ini (that you just have to rename with your own server and character name) if you do not want to bother yourself placing all items (with 1280*1024 settings)

Info ont he main panel:
Target is the top bar
The smallest bar is the Implied Target
The bottom Bar is your own health/mana

The Boho and Nature's one will follow soon.

Please find attached the Groupmembers Pop up menu fix.

Just uploaded the Update V2.A

It contains:

Groupmember fix
Ugly vitality gem removed
Seperate health and mana for target
Resize Health and mana for Implied target

Ponder... how come STR icon dont show? Only a white square box

Boho Perdi V2a Chat default channel bublle fix. (untested)

After last patch this UI is kinda messed up.

The target window shows Group all the time, even if i have nothing targeted.

My player window says i am levl 50 although i am only 25.

Could you please tell me which one ?

Boho based or regular perdition ?

THat shows group is where it would stand Monk if i had a monk targeted, as far i can see

Also if my mind plays tricks on me the name on the target window dosent change color with mobs. Maybe a change from Soe side

I downloaded the leafy versjon but still it shows Group all the time in target window, and levl 50.

Edit: Downloaded the french files, set it to french and played and it worked with french files.

So its because i play on EU/US server. No idea why or what the difference is

Perdition, just tested this, and yes the bubble to change default chat does work - however, all tab and scroll options are gone from the window. I restored the original mainhud.xml and they all came back.

So, 1/2 working at this point. :) sorry to bear bad news.


Edit: Hold off on that... I do not see the saved XML - it might be me. :D

Edit2: Yes, totally my bad. Save Target As did nothing on an XML (stupid microsoft), and Save As under File also did not save the file. Had to copyAll/Paste to a whole new file, then save that as... haha. Wow. XML must be pretty notorious to be so hard to save. :/


Here's the last two items on my hit-list:

1) Right-Click on a tab to close it, crashes to desktop. That does not happen with the original Bohoperd mod mainhud.xml. Tested that 4 times, consistence CTDs for me.

2) an anomalous artifact which seems to be growing out of the default chat selector (see screenie here).

Sorry for all the edits. Wanted to make sure anyone else doesn't make my same dumb mistakes. :)

Last blurb on CTD - it happened 4 times prior, and this time, I targetted the Tab 7 box, removed it, and it seemed to go away just fine. I even chatted with guild for a few lines, until I was writing this post and boom... CTD without warning. Just FYI.

Anyway, if you can get rid of that one anomaly box frame, it looks solid. Thanks for that, and wading through my messy post.


Edit: last one, I swear to god... ok, this CTD with the new mainhud.xml CTD's regardless of removing tabs or not. Apparently, it's just a matter of time before it happens that happened to coincide with my removing tabs. Going back to the old one now that my chat defaults are set. :) I'll check back here periodically.

Any easy way to remove the resists from group window.

Wife uses Coldy's Stat Bar for stats.

Maybe move the last 2 in group in this way

Removable stats page has been done (just set the window to No Title)

For the group member position it's not that easy because the group member is very special. If I try to do it it will takes a lot of time and it will screwed up the version with stats. Sorry but I have too much Ui's version to maintained for now to add a new one :(

Pardon me again, but I just installed 3A and I still cannot seem to set default chat options per tab. They are already set from the sample one you had me try (with the extra box width), but I click on the bubble, and nada.

Do I have something wrong, you think? Or did that mod not make it into 3A? Thanks! Love the UI. Easy on the eyes. :nana:

Ok, I'll give it a try. One thing I am having trouble with, attached XML files do not seem to Save As, Save Target As, or anything. I have to open it up in a browser, select-all, copy and paste it into notepad, which is a different format look than the original. hopefully this will not cause an issue in the UI itself.

If you have any input on a better way to save your attachments, please let me know. Not sure why XML is not saving - must be a Microsoft thing. :)


PS: I did not have an eq2_mainhud_tracking.xml prior to this patch. ~shrug~

Perdition, all those 3 files do is create a Crash to Desktop about 10 seconds after loading the game, with the UI boxes completely distorted or missing. Sorry. Might be my saving of the XML. See, when you click on them above, they have the little - <tag> stuff in them. When I past that in, and even when I remove those -'s, the XML seems to crash. Any chance of getting zipped versions?

Sorry, I misunderstood what you meant in your previous post. Didn't mean any offense. :) Sounds like you've got a weird problem with your browser. Which browser/version are you using?

Fisrt off, thank you for the fix. I was wondering if you could make a variation to the hotkey bars to make them resizable? I like having them in a 3x4 position instead of in a row.

Where it should say my name above the health and mana barsin both the BOHO and Nature mods you've done, it always says no Implied Target =( Dunno if I'm doing something wrong but I dunno. Also FANTASTIC work. I <3 Perdition... keep up the incredible work.

If you use firefox or mozilla or gecko, use the 'Save Link As' option =D
