one suggestion for trying to move the hotbars, make sure you used his setting file that is included in the zip for your character (if you didnt the hotbars might be the wrong size) and it will be harder to unlock and then move them(i found this out the hard way when i logged onto an alt).

Yea, This UI does not like a couple things from what i've seen warning to all: do not go into the options menu and use the tranparrent to opaque slider for all windows the ui will get bugged out and then u will ahve to coppy a whole new uisettings.ini to fix it or u will continue to have problems.... also this ui almost requires u use the preset uisettings.ini to start with or certian windows will be bugged and u wont be able to chat or move certian windows and the eqII menu buttion will not be on the screen and such and so forwarth other than that I have no problems i love it awsome ui profit and thx to taco for his help with some it to make it even more awsome

Profit THis UI ROCKS!!! I Use this UI and keep the chat windows clear with no Frame at all, Put the stat bar along the bottom at the top so that both are up there. Tweeked it a bit with gers bags, deathbanes hotbuttons and the quest journal, tradeskill window and guild window from DBurgdorf. Also added dragowulfs Inventory. Total package is awesome and bug free. I eliminated the cap in the chat box by making them see thru.

A fantastic job was done on this UI and from reading the posts the response time to fixing things is A+.

• Fixed Manastone Ready message from closing when Escape pressed.
• Vertical Group window - turn off player class by not showing Titlebar.

great ui but i have notice that the location doesnt like quaduple digits (eg. xxxx.xx,xxxx.xx,xxxx.xx). some of it gets hidden behind the time icon. cant wait for next update.

Yes, move your mouse to the bottom left - a little speech bubble icon should appear.

I just installed this mod, and like everyone else, I never thought I would leave my old mod. Then I stumbled upon yours and...WOW!

Anyway, I just installed it to a fresh directory and I am using your ui settings in my main directory. Everything looks great, but I cannot figure out how to get the bottom bar to appear. Can anyone help with this?

Right click in the dark area and select window settings and turn on titlebar.

Hey profit just wanted to say i cant wait for 1.6 :c) i hope u fix the virticle group window so that it saves what u set it too... it always seems to go back to frame only...

Sorry if I am a little slow, but when i try that, there is no option to turn on the Titlebar. The only option that comes up from the drop-down menu is "None".

If you're not using it already I suggest remaming the included UI settings files (whichever one comes closest to your resolution) to suit your character/server and see if that doesn't fix the problem.
You can also try typing "/show_window mainhud.Memorized", minus the quotations, to make the window appear.

I believe I'm 100% up to date with ProfitUI. I just installed it and the patch available on the mod page yesterday and I am insanely happy. The HQ, Writ, and other quest information alone makes it worth it - not to mention the superior and clean HUD, smaller buttons, manastone/ring buttons, etc. All in all its improved my experience with EQ2 greatly.

My only problem I'm having with the UI is my collection quest window. I am unable to see that window, as when I click on collections it appears blank and reads 100 completed and 100 discovered collections. Any ideas on fixing that issue?

Also, when DoF releases am I going to need to uninstall ProfitUI until it's updated to work with DoF?

I have ran with this ui all night and i absolutely have enjoyed it :)

This is the first I've heard of it, and I've never experience this.

Are you sure you have not made any of of your files read only ?

That is sometimes required if you don't run my clock, as this actually initializes some of the windows.

This is necessary as new some/windows are very hard to get to auto-open.

Also coming to 1.6

I've managed to fix it so clicking on your name in the group window selects you :)

You still can't right click "Inspect" but I don't think many do that.

Gosh, I hate to be so foolish, but I DO have the clock open also. I installed the whole thing to a clean directory, then used your ui settings file for 1280x1024. I didn't change anything else. Weird.

Maybe I am clicking on the wrong black part?
