by the way there is a UI settings file somewhere on here with like 3 or 4 chatwindows on it. You could always download that for the windows, but then you would have to rearrange everything.

Where can I get that?
I do need at least 3-4 windows and I have no issues rearranging stuff :D

That works great on saving the chat windows :D

But I did notice an issue with it on using this UI set.
The Coins in the XP box is not showing and also the Target box.

Maybe you had your monitor view at a strange angle and the coin page and the target window fell off onto the floor ? ;)

If you cant find them down there try and toggle at+t and then right click on the exp window and change the view to 'frame'

I cleaned up my whole desk area and even used a clean bag for my vacuum cleaning it up to try and find it.

What did work was doing that 'alt+t' and putting the exp frame to view 'frame and title'.
Now I can have my extra chat window :D

it prolly turned the titlebars off or something, you have to turn them back on

I got the new version with the compass clock mod. Some reason the N S E W on the compass doesn't show up. I only got a black circle. Any ideas ?

I'm experiencing the same except mine is white.

It's also the same whether I use DC's mod or yours Laff.

Maybe some missing files??

Attached is my version of the 3/4 round clockmod.
It has two times on it as well. Top (white) should be earth, and bottom (gold) should be Norrath time.

I use a modified image file for the background, so the bkg may not like up right,which means someone will have to go adjust it.

edit: also including a modified target window, so that the text isnt cut off the top anymore

Whats this about the text being cut off in the target window DC ? cant say I noticed that before..... Any chance of a SS of your compass/clock mod as well ;)

The numbers were fine in old-style, but with the new fonts enabled they got snipped off at the top by the target frame. I simply just moved them down a few pixels, as well as replacing "HEALTH" with "HP" and "MANA" with "MP" to make up for a little room, then spaced stuff out a bit

woot! thanks for the update :) Only one question... i am using the alt spell effects window in the corner, but i dont have my bags button anymore. if there a way to get it back?

One small problem with the new update.

I can't see both activateable slots. Only have one now that is accessed through the top inventory thing.

Bags button is on the start button window.... Are you using the whole UI or just parts of it?


Activate slot..... If you click on the switch on the far right of that mini inv window it will toggle you back to the original set up.

Ok got it working now.. had to move the startbutton from the Laffs alt clock and compass folder over to the main. :)

I have tried to keep all the windows that you need to change to get the different configs in there folders....

But most of them you can mix and match I guess :)

Found a little bug tonight.... the 6th group member does not show up in a full group.

Strange... I will have a look but it was working fine prior to uploading :(

I do have an update to the Inv window now likes that shows activate slots , me missed them out of the last one lol

What I usually do whenever you post an update is just copy over the files into my existing folders and let the files overwrite themselves. The only file I messed was the hotkey file, I took the one from bottom perdition since it didn't have the numbers on it. Is it possible that would be messing things up? Maybe I should just do a clean version of the UI and see if that helps. Being a healer I really can't be without my 6th group member. :eek:

Do a clean install of the UI is the best bet....

Ok I have done a clean install of the UI, haven't been able to get a full group to test yet. I guess my next question is how do I take the labels off the hotbar?

Hotbars have 2 hidden switches, along the top edge if you click there will turn off the 1,2,3,4 etc and if you are seing the names as well click on the hotbar number that will turn them off....

I will stick an alt hotbar in a folder in the main UI that has NO labels at all for those of you that dont need them... Then just copy and paste that file into the main folder..... This will be in the next update in a few hours time.... That is if my #$&(^£"! customers for work will ever let me get some peace! Grrrr
