hi, i love your UI but i have one little problem with your Quest window, i don't see all tab especially the last tab "Writs" ( i think).I have only me this proble or other ppl?..in case can you fix this little bug?

Have you tried just resizing that window on a horizontal axis? IE make it wider?

I've tried but the problem persist...i've made wiser..but nothing there's a little piece of tab..i can clik and open the window of wirts quest..but i don't see the entire tab..

repeat it's not a big problem..it work..but if possible to fix is better^^

That thing with the writ tabs been like that for ages, the actual tab still works, you just cant see the fricken tab title that well, think I see something like *Wr*, tho like I said, it works. Resizing the window dont help btw, Ill post a screeny later if you really wanna see it.

Problem with the writ tab .... I have a look at the size of the tab page ... But tbh I have never had / seen that problem as It would have been fixed if I had of seen it, Coz that sort of stuff realy does bug me lol ;)

Notice one is default window size, which is where the edge of the tab actually is, resizing it makes no odds as you can also see.

Need help with MANA Bar graphics
 

I just rebuilt my computer and installed from scratch and I am using the best MOD out there (laffs_lite) :) I have the screen set nice expect I can't get the Mana bar graphics to show.

Any ideas would be great!!!

The new patch made something go funny when recieving quests. Something about the "reward window" not being up to date? Not sure exactly but it gives an in game popup error when you try and recieve a new quest, repeatable every time. Other than that... :nana:

Yeah its the eq2ui_popup_rewardpack file. Just delete it from your laffs-lite folder til the slacker fixes it.

They added in new windows that basically tell you that you been offered a quest, and the rewards of doing that quest. Laffs bugged file doesnt stop you recieving the quest btw, but I still deleted it cos it made me feel powerful.

Like the new journal Laffy! Well kinda....

Dont ask me why but I downloaded it, unzipped it, put all me alt files in the main one, copied the directory, lobbed it in my UI folder. Copied the same dir, put it in the witches UI folder. She can see rewards and I cant. No idea why, I can see like a few tantilising pixels at what I assume is the top of the reward info area but nothing I do can get it to show heh.

Ill try again tomorrow, didnt do any logouts and ins tonight.

Nice job tho, rest of that journal is fab, Ill rethink some of the default notes pages now.

But the journel is actualy xSilverFox's all I did was change the tab style, Figured I may as well use that one rather then spend hours working on my own again for it to just look more or less the same lol

What happens is if the game cant find a file that is in the custom ui folder it will look for it in the default ui folder and hence load it from there.. ;)

Ive noticed a small problem with the ranged ammo slot. When ever I equip a quiver the UI allows me to do it, But when I go to unequip it the UI wont allow me to interact with it. Alls I can do is open and close it.

note: I made sure to take out all the arrows before trying to unequip

Oh aye, one thing Ive noticed for ages but keep forgettin to mention is, in options I cannot select the thingy to be able to choose myself in 3rd person view. Its in picking options in UI I think. Its just greyed out.

Options window is the default one with all my mods.... So nope its nowt to do with me ;)

As for that ammo slot I will take a look at it... I havent seemed to have any problems with it likes all seems to work as intended

Ah, found some help on the official forums, which Ill post here in case anyone else is having the same problem!

Just add the following line to your eq2_recent.ini :

r_allow_player_picking true

Lil Problem with Laffs_Lite
 

Really great UI but I have one itsy problem. I had to change my resolution from 1280x1024 to 1024x768 and the performance really improved a lot, but now I can't find (see) my power bar. Everything else is fine. Am I just blind or is it hidden or how can I get it back? The health bar and casting bar are there, only the power bar is missing. Thanks for any help.

Uh oh, looks like some UI updates in the very near future with Live Update 19 now on Test which will affect our favorite modder soon:

Hmm thanks for the heads-up m8 ... The Market one will be the main pain, and I will have a look at what the new defaults are with the others and see how bad / good they are... Realy I have only been modding what I have had to so to speak to keep the UI's running that I have as the changes are coming in so thick and fast I dont see much point in modding not often used windows again untill SoE quits making changes every month to them ;)

I will revamp this Ui again properly once things have calmed down so to speak lol
