I think what he's talking about is when I first loaded the 1600x reso there was about a half inch gap between the hotbars and the player/grp window. There was about the same gap between the casting bar/grp window and the bottom left chat window. There was also about a 3/4 inch gap between the upper chat box and the compass window. The target bar was off a bit and the center hotbar wasnt touching the casting bar or player window which show'd a small gap between each. The effects window had to be adjusted a tad as well. This may have been limited to just me but it was easy to fix. Also the HO bar was mia for a couple days till I noticed it was hanging out over the quest helper. On a side note... I was wondering if it would be possible to make the merchant window and tracking window horizontally adjustable in next update. They are a bit bulky as is. Or maybe I could work on it if you have too much other stuff to mess with.
P.S. Not sure if mentioned elsewhere but the str tag is mispelled below the quest helper. ;D |
Tried this UI ut with the 1280xxxx uisetting file, there was to black spoots on in the middel top and on to the far left side on the top, i could take my mouse over there and see tooltips to my experience and stuff but could't see any grapichs there, anyone know why?

LoL The HO window :) I always hated that thing popping up in my view area, it seemed like no matter where I put it there was always something under it I needed to click on, be it a mob or other. I was tweaking some window in the main hud one day and I drug the HO window out of the way and it just happen to land there. Out of the way and it fit just right, so I made its container look like part of the quest window and woohoo no longer in the view area:) Hmm throught I redid the trackign window in the last patch where it was not so bulky and resizable.. Might just be in the one I havn't uped yet. |

Well that is probably my problem. I can only run 1600*1050 so everything is wacked out.

As for the overflow window prob I tried it out on every reso and couldnt grab... Yes checked nearly pixel by pixel. Id just stick the darn thing down over the casting/breath bar and be done with it. The casting bar already has a tag saying your inventory is overflowing right there anyways.

Before you update the new version maybe you should retype str in the mod, its stands "sta" two times i can see on the pictures :P

Keep the good work up! Edit: "You are not authorized to view this file..." what dose that mean? i can't seem to see or download the new version yet... Maybe its because of the "Update pending" thats what it say on my favorits on the control panel. |

As far as the new patch goes if you use the 1600x ini and windows seem like they are stacked up go into options and adjust the widescreen letterbox it will move the windows that are stacked on eachother. And still having same overflow problem. Not sure what to tell ya. I don't really care bout it. I've never had to use it just trying to help ya troubleshoot it.
P.S. Like the wider zoning window :D Use to drive me nuts on raids when the instance part of the zone title was cut off |
Ok, I hope some one can help me, ever since I began messing with my screen res rtying to find a good one for the game, I have noticed a blank spot on the side of my screen, Now I don't know if it was there before but I just recently noticed it. I believe there is something on my computer that lets me mess with it but I cant find it... Hmm maybe I should explain my problem more. On the left side Where usually the Start button is, there is a black spot then the start button. I tried to take a screenshot, but it left the black spot out, so I am thinking that I need to recenter it or something.. errr thats kind of confusing... nvm, if you understand this and can help me, please do, otherwise ignore my rambling lol

This problem not limited to extreme ui. First noticed it in Nedra then Steel Bottom. The vertical scroll bar for this ui which is originally from the nedra gothic theme seems to go mia when there are alot of lines it needs to scroll. Is it possible its a problem with the fetish_widgets1.dds from the goth theme? Was also wondering if the nedra parts in here are from classic or nightfall. Whenever ya get a chance.
;) Was tinkering around and figured out that the minimum thumb size was set too small in _fetishstyles.xml it is set to 17 currently I changed it to 21 and it seems to have fixed it. Let me know if this fix works for everyone else that was having this problem. It's on line 256. In UI Builder Inventory/Inventory/GeneralPage/InvSlot6 set the Visible option to true. This will only show the icon when there is something in overflow. I did this a couple minutes ago and can now move stuff out of overflow. I also moved the InvSlot6 box to the far right of the Time_ZonePage and filled that top to bottom. The upper right corner of it was covered up by the bag switch button but it did not interfere with its function. I can post it as a patch or email it to you if you want Landiin.

I am also running 1280 on the newest version, my health bars look fine (Red/Yellow/Green), and I still can't see the one-item overflow. Can't figure it out.

So I thought it was just an issue with one or two of you. But when I harvested and just got oen overflow only the lable showed and no icon and I was like GASP!!! lol Admins, I really don't want to keep you guys/gals busy on my ui with updateing it alot, Just trying to keep my users happy:) I do wanna play some lol.. Got a quick question for you... I was trying out the bags you've been working on and noticed they do the same thing as Ger's bag mod does where say you have a 30 slot bag in inventory slot 1 and a 24 slot bag in inventory slot 2 switch the two and the frame on the larger bag remains for slot 1 even though there is a 24 slot there now. (bag sizes and locations were just examples. It will do it with any bag as long as they are different sizes. Bag location is irrelivant as well) I suck at xml so this one is probably over my head but if u can somehow find a fix for it I'll luv u forever.

GREAT!!! Overflow slot worked great! I loaded the config file directly from the copy and paste folder in your UI. I still don't have the color distinction unless I click on myself. Here is screen shot.
Any idea why the 1600 version look so out of sorts? Everything was WAY below usable point. Also, on the login screen where it has GUILD LOGO, how do I change that so that it has my Guild name there? |

Noticed vscroll still messed up on 1.12.2 here's the fix. It's out of your download with min thumb edited so scroll bar doesnt poof when you have too much to sell or really really long chat etc.
Also here's the just press enter mod for your new zoning window. Eh might as well post this as well... I edited the images\icons\icon_transp1.dds to get rid of the starburst effect. Makes thing much easier to see in bags and such. |
