Various Modifications, some downloaded, some written, some re-modified to suit more of what i liked.

Most of this is Daimonds mod, with a few pieces added. I even took a couple days away from my gaming to learn how to use the UIbuilder. I'm no pro, but I did manage to modify the windows the way I wanted.

Mine
I have a few UI mods from here, and intend to add a few more. Most notably I edited nastun's Arcane Caster player mod to meet my desires. It's a little cluttered for the minimalists, but got my inspiration from Itanus (sp?) customization of the same mod. It still needs some tweaking, lining up some of the text.

It's amaing what you can find yourself doing when there's no sign of your habitual groupmates, you're bored, and you've got Photoshop. ;)

A little off topic but..
I see a few screenshots here where people have an NPC tab in thier chat windows. I have been trying to separate that text from my chat since the beginning but I must be missing something. I have a chat window that only has guild, group, private set but all the quest and merchant npc text goes to the window as well. Is there a way to separate that to it's own window? Or is the npc tab just for the npc's that talk to you as you walk by them? |

I'm using the Nedra UI, with a few pieces overwritten, such as the
3/4 size naked hotbars, the EXP bar (which I LOVE), and the custom chat colors palette. I'm also using the letterbox crack to have all my letterbox at the bottom behind my UI pieces. The only thing I would like to be different is to have my self target, current target, and implied target all together in one piece along with the group window (minus some of the player stats, which I don't need to see all the time ). ![]() |

Here's mine.. Trying to simplify and condense the target and player window placement. The large space in the upper left is for the CombatStats mini-window. The fourth bar to the right side of the viewable area only appears on mouseover. Group window is vertical along right side, and the EQ2 button is hidden to the left of the XP bar. Above that is another hidden hotkey bar that I have some macros for CombatStats and Some UI mods I have in.

Here's the one I use. It's made up of many different individual mods people here have kindly provided. :)
In addition to what is seen I currently also use an Inventory window mod that displays paperdoll image in center, a 3/4 bags mod, the Map mod, the new socials/emotes mod and the 'blue drgaon' style knowledge book mod. Currently the mod I'm really missing is a good group window mod. I've tried at least a dozen but just can't seem to find one I'm happy with. :cool: |
current UI. i've a few more mods i wanna adds but haven't got around to yet. I'm still looking for an all in one player/group window i like.

Here is my "DEVELOPMENT" UI. The one I use for regular play is this + EQ2Map + PerformanceProfiles
The maintained window is behind the inventory. I have the I key set to both open inventory + open all bags so its VERY quick. I love it. Also the bank goes below the inventory and its bags to the right of it. The window style is of my own design and will be released "any day now" or maybe "when its done." note to self: remove vitality arrows from behind the experience level. :) |

Here is a good idea of what I have... the UI is still under construction... and I'm not doign it, Laffs is the worker... I'm just the mastermind with all the great idea ... :p haha

I've gone from stylized 1024x768 to simple 1280x1024 to overstuffed 1280x1024 to my current relatively simple 1600x1134 (windowed)... If I only had time to learn to manipulate the XML myself...
