wolflrv, looks like you're using the default FontArial14.xml file. Drag a fresh copy of that file from the Fetish zip to your Fetish UI directory.

Well...I tried copying the font file to the fetish UI directory...no change at all. The only diff I know from my main system to my laptop is that the laptop is a Gateway with the widescreen. I'm currently running it at 1200x800 which is the default for my laptop screen. I definitely agree that it seems to be a font issue...but can't figure anything else to change on my machine to fix it. If I use the Options menu and uncheck the smooth font and check the smaller san serif options..then I can see the text fine..but unfortunately that makes my main chat window look fairly horrible as well as your clock interface.

I should also explain that when I try to use the Thor exp bar it does exactly the same thing on the same fields...so I dunno...

Any other ideas?

Love this UI, just wanted to post what LU16 messed up on it so hopefully it can be fixed. I have no loot window now, buying an apt is not working, claim window won't let me claim anything. Inventory window of course is off with them adding the new inv slots, everything else appears ok for me. I am not a UI wiz and don't want to delete this UI as I love it so will patiently wait for an update. Thanks again for the great UI.

Quick Fixes while Zonx does that thing he does:

Claims: eq2ui_popup_claim.xml
Store: eq2ui_inventory_store.xml
Inventory: eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml

1. Find and open your Fetish directory. [For most people it should be "C:\Program Files\EverQuest II\UI\Fetish\"]

2. Find the above files and rename them to "old_<filename>"

3. Restart EQ2 and you should be good to go (despite some seriously ugly windows) until Zonx can incorporate these changes.

eq2ui_mainhud_persona.xml should go to if I am not mistaken, what with the new tab there.

anyone else having problems crafting too?
I was trying to craft to help build the griff tower in Nek, wont bring up window when i click on forge. . .
gonna try a regular crafting instance to try and isolate the problem. . .

ok for whatever reason unknow to me, i logged, re-downloaded the LU15 compliant version of Fetish Nightfall and my crafting works again. =P

i can not use the changes from LU 16 (new slots...). hope, zonx will create an update soon... :)

I just wanted to repeat myself one more time Zonx ... I LOVE this UI of yours and wanted you to know how much I appreciate your hard work ... I won't even play EQ2 after a patch if I can't have your UI ..... I don't mind waiting a day or so or how long it takes you to update it ... its made that much of a difference in my enjoyment of the game itself ... Im sure you have RL issues and such as we all do ... and yet .. every time ... you are the first to publish your updates so that all us addicts can go back to gaming with your beautiful UI to keep us happy ... just know ... there are those of us that truly are grateful for your hard work ... and thank you so very much :)

now if I can just figure out how to vote on the darn thing .... Ive been searchin and searching ... can ya give us a hint ? they certainly don't make it easy to find ... or else Im half blind as well as senile ....

was there a way to make the UI auto update through eq2maps? I thought there was but I can't seem to find anything on it.

Oh btw both my wife and I love it.

Running the Eq2Maps autoupdater will update the map files. It does not update anything else.

Note: You'll need to install the newest Eq2Maps updater. Older version point to an obsolete/invalid address.

hey zonx,another timely updated release,you however overlooked the playerhouseing window,there is an option on it now to view items in apartment and move them from thier,your update is missing that change.

i loaded up the version just posted today.
went to camp to desktop, and it just sat there .. it never camped me nor did i have ANY KEYBOARD.. i had to do a cold restart (hit the computer kill switch to exit the game )
don't know what happened, but this seems a pretty nasty problem hehe

i too have resisted playing until i could get my Fetish Nightfall updated. Its just not worth the stress without it :)

One question though (and forgive me if im being stupid) my claim window is still not working. I know i can rename it as mentioned several posts above (to get default) but wondered if it has been fixed by zonx and ive done it wrong somehow - or if its still outstanding.

Removing the Use button from Inventory Window
 

Is there anyway to remove the "use" button from the inventory window, or atleast from the food/drink windows. Or a better idea would be to left justify the "Use" button, that way the numbers would be visible.

The "U" covers the amount of items in that slot. So if you have 17 refreshing pear tea, you cant see the 17.

PS. EQ2 would not be the same without your interface Zonx. Keep up the good work!
