The market seach button from your vault

Small but easy to fix problem i guess..

When i target another player (pvp) or just regular player i dont get thir level and class in pve it dosent matter much but on pvp its a must, is there an easy fix to get this in ?
And the scrool bars in chats.. where have they gone ?
Its spcially a problem in the upper chat bars but in the lower left one its also a problem if you want to see something futher up.

Otherwise great ui the new installer works like a charm really love it..

Well I did some things but havn't been able to test them as it seems all my char are missing from the char select screen :mad: Trying to get in touch with SOE now to see what up.

You can use your mouse wheel to scrool the chat text. As soon as I get my chars back I can test and post some fixs

Problem Searching Market
 

I have the same problem and it's in reference to being able to search the market for an item. If you open your Store and click an item in your merchandise or vault then click to browse the market, the market window opens, when you click the Search button down at the bottom all you get in the top of the Market window is something along the lines like, "Parent.Parent.SearchItem" (or something of that nature).

Oh ok.. but the seach button in the 'sore' does work with the exception of it blanking out what you clicked on?

The "search" button is missing in the UI. The only option in the store window relating to the market is "browse" and then you have to type in what you are looking for. You must have somehow omitted the "search" button in the latest version of your UI.

This is a really important feature to me as I merchant a lot and need to see what my items are going for. It is a real drag having to type the names of the times in the market board for every item.

OK got my characters back so I can get some of these bugs fixed.. wee

The 'Search' button IS there but it's only on the 'Market' window. And right next to it it says, 'Item not selected' (or something to that effect). Check the screenshot attached and you'll see what I mean.

Yea, We have people using beta talking about one thing and people using live talking about one thing. The search button in the market isn't there any more but the search in the store is. ( on beta) Now that I am able to play I'm getting ready to merge beta with live to night.

OK here is a store window for you guys to try out:)

Beta testers you should get this and a new CP the next time you run the CP.

Just to double check - the quest window was removed by accident right?

Dunno if this is a SOE bug or not, but tried to /bug something last night and couldn't type in a title. No title = can't submit... :-(

Not sure I modded that file. I'll look through.

I don't recall removing the quest window. Then again i never look at the quest window it self just go off what the questhelper window says.

Quest window now has quest details below rather than on the right hand side like it used to... I think it's the standard one now - so long since I saw standard SOE UI I'm not sure!

The new notes window is great, but can we have scroll bars or something for the tabs please?

Hmm never thought of that:P Can you tell I don't use it;P lol I'll get some scroll buttons added to it.

Yes the quest window was default :eek: not any more though:)

ETA for updating broker window for t7 resources
 

Hey Landiin,

Do you have any plans to update the broker window to add the t7 resources to the drop down box.
I tried to go in and edit some of these, but it does not work correctly after doing so.

The AutoUpdater is working great for me, not a single problem. :D :D

While exploreing the control panel for the first time while it was updating i noticed that when i got back to the first tab (the updater had finnished and gone to update eq2 map) i got an error sound and a little windo stateing "Out of System Resources"

is this something to worry about?

UPDATE

It has stoped doing this after i closed it and opened it again one problem i AM haveing is when i click help on the control panel i get topics but nothing else.
Also in the game when i use the info center most of the pages are eather blank or seem to have been cut short.

This UI is definatle the best out there i am not one for useing custom UI's but this one won me over SUPERB JOB keep up the GREAT work.

I'll look that info up and get it added.

I'm not sure about the out of Resources error you got. I'll monitor its used resources again tonight and see if its leaking anything out.

I havn't checked the info center in a while. I'll look at it and see if I may of goofed it up.
