Maybe eq2map keeps track of some of this stuff itself? I literally lose whole zones (like Sinking Sands), but ONLY when I update xtremeUI and only since eq2map was added to xremeUI installer. I still update with eq2map front end (for no good reason but habit I guess) - could that be a factor?

Aye, ever since the last update to Extreme I have been having the same issue. Move the HO bar to were I want it, lock it, and next time I log back in game have to do it all over cuz it keeps reseting back to center of the screen when you log out. Am running at 1600 x 1024 myself.

I'm getting the same thing when running on 1680x1050 .. HO is in the middle of my screen everytime I log on

as of LU19 Press B for your Bags an shift+b will do all your bank bags

No EQ2MAP does not store any of the FOG data or even has any thing to do with it. All that data is server side and hard coded. I would suggest not uninstalling eq2map when it ask.

The issue with not saving UI window positions in an SOE issue not extreme. Post are flying all over the forums here and at eq2players it isn't UI related. The UI doesn't save any thing. The game when it see a change to the UI saves this information the UI code has nothing to do with it.

As far as the maintained icons I'll start looking into it now that I am back.

Not a bad Idea, After the updater is done, the couple of bugs fixed, and if no bugs are created from KoS, I might be able to get this in.

Broker Window Problem
 

Everytime I search for something in broker window without typing in the name of it, say I am looking for level 60 to level 60 drink and click search, it puts:

Parent.Parent.ResultsPage.Table.ScrollPage.X_rowItemName.LocalText

In the search text box and I get no results. I uninstalled before I installed the new LU19...any suggestions?

Sorry for no updates/fixes lately. I’ve been buried in eXtremeUI CP’s code getting it ready for auto update capabilities. It has turned out to be a bigger project then I had first imagined. The good news is; it’s just about done, all I lack is adding in some house keeping. I’ve hade a couple regular poster beta it but will open it up for all in the next couple of days for testing before I put it on the download page.

Basically I have moved every thing that uses to be in the installer into eXtremeUI CP. You will only have to download the installer once. It will always download the most current eXtremeUI CP no matter when you run it. The installer will install eXtremeUI CP and launch it. eXtremeUI CP will then scan the eXtreme folder and download any missing our out of date files on every start up. I also added an exclude list, so all you have to do is add the file you made modifications to and eXtremeUI CP will not update that file. The exclude list come prepopulated with the guild logo image and the two files for notes and the quick log buttons.

Any way just wanted you all to know I haven’t forgotten about you and where I am at on the auto updater.

Sound Problem
 

Just installed 2.19... Went over 2.18 just great however I lost my sound. Clicked sound off/on button with no results. Any suggestions? Even without sound the UI is awesome.

The "Sound Off" button just turn to volum in you options all the way down.

Hello I have tried most all off the curent ui's and this is by far the best, I have noticed that each time I log in I have to resize my border, and it dont seem to lock. Is this part of the ui mods or something I may have done..ty

Yes its a command in the eq2.ini file that sets the window frame size. The reason I put the command in is because the window is set to display as much of the game window as possible with out the HUD blocking it's view. Just open up eq2.ini in the main eq2 directory and remove that command.

So is extremeUI LU20 compatable? I cry like a baby that dropped his sucker when I have to use the default ui.

you can delete eq2ui_examine.xml and eq2ui.xmlfor the most part that is 99% of the updates I made.

Copy over eq2ui.xml from the default folder to the extreme folder and add

<include>system\core\core_styles.xml</include>

just above <include>eq2ui_skininfo.xml</include>. and save it.

if you have eq2ui_mainhud.xml delete it.

Unable to see guild bank log
 

Just wondering if anyone else is having a problem seeing the guild bank logs.
They 'disappeared' with the last UI update (I think) and I can only see them with the default UI now. I can see everything else in the guild window properly, just the text of the logs is gone (or maybe set in black font??)

Yes me to, I am a guild leader and I always keep an eye on that. seems like it was in the last two week that suddenly it dissapeared on me.

On a side note, there is supposed to be a new window I guess added to the "L" key now, for something like AA. not sure about this but I guess there is some new kinda skill I should be able to add points to and pressing "L" gets their. However not in this case, "L" brings up the screen to see your skills and stuff. anyways sure you may have a fix for it in your next update, but just incase =)

That one is easy, since I just did it myself hehe. Just go into ur Extreme folder and delete the eq2ui_mainhud_skills.xml file then reload game and ur all set.
