Well i am glad the NDA is lifted i can finally admit to being in beta! yes i have had a look at the UI code, it's complicated, but powerful.
I am still busy exploreing the game so once i have found what i want to i will start work with thoughts towards a interface, which i know will make somepeeps happy :o)

Glad to see so many eager people aboard! Welcome all and looking forward to you guys getting beta before me... err I mean looking forward to watching you guys play while I cant... ARG I mean I cant wait to see you all in game when I get the game a year later...

I just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Danielle, I'm in the EQ2 beta, and just registered for these forums today.

I'm not a modder myself, but I'm looking forward to seeing what will hopefully soon be available as far as UI mods.

Who knows, maybe I'll try my hand at modding myself.

edit: looks like I posted in the wrong place (I blame lack of coffee).
Can a mod move this to the right forum please? =)

Just wanted to pop in and say high..er..hiya, I'm just starting to learn the code to program the UIs and hopefully someday I'll have something usefull to contribute. besides sarcasm, of which I'm abundant. I have 5 chars. on the Nameless on EQ1, so if you see my lvl 23 Iksar Shadownight (I go by the name of Gorkoroz) let me know I'm still alive and say hi!

Hiya...i play on the Nameless also hehe...got a bunch of different characters also...i don't see too many that play on the Nameless that post on the forums....My main is a 65 druid though, and yes u guessed it her name is Shaeleene :p

Hey everyone.

Some of you might know me from the official forums.

Thought I'd drop in and offer my services are a semi-competent Photoshop hand. I've tinkered with interface type graphics before but have never found an appealling reason to actually apply them.

I know basically nothing regarding XML or EQ or EQ2 interface modification, other than using one for EQ.

I'm looking for someone semi-competent in this sort of thing to team up with, perhaps we can learn together and put out some great stuff.

If anyones interested just drop a post here, or PM me here or on the official forums.

1.) Geta beta invite, or failing that

I am just starting out with this whole post things but I will be playing Eq 2 when it comes out. I cannot wait, it looks like the best game out there so far ( or at least to me). I will try and keep the posts up on how I like the game and send pictures and such so those people who arn't playing can see what they have been missing and join in the fun with us :)

So on November 9th I suppose the big inputs will start, goodluck to those people who get the game and start.

Just wanted to say Hi. I have been using EQInterface for a long time and am looking forward to EQ2 with so much pent up excitement I barely can contain myself. Looking forward to trying my hand at some mods to the Ui once I feel more comfortable with XML.

Played EQ for two years on Sol Ro, spent a great deal of time modding UIs, mostly for my own use. I imagine I'll do the same with EQ2.
