laffs you still do great work, and mine works just fine.. did last night just some minor issues with it =) that i've noted and mentioned before =) i wish i knew more about the eq2 modding to help you out some.

I have been using this UI for a very, very long time... with a few modifications only to the odd window, but still, don't think what would be of me without this awesome thing.

Unfortunately though, it seems that today's patch (06/09/2006) made it so the UI won't work. The game crashes every time I try to load...

I tried different UIs, including Laff's Lite, which seems to work just fine. Also, tried reinstalling this one from scratch without any window modifications, and the crashing problem still happened.

Hope you can manage to look it up... good luck. =)

I use this and today wasnt working..so i took the time and removed piece by piece til i found out what couse the crashes.

Is the mainhod.clock file, the one that has the power bar.

To fix it , i just replaced it with the clock file from the lite version, it is identical

Works perfect now.

This fixes the ability to see the power bar, but I still don't see my Quest Name and bags. Not a major thing, as the power bar was most important. However, being able to see my resist stats was awesome. Know anything I can do to get this window back?

Ok Laffs im begging you now plz fix the UI.... im lost without it. Laffs Lite just don't feel right and the other UIs make me was to puke :(

i tried replacing the clock file with the lite version, it dindt work for me :( deleted it completely and it works fine..except for the small little fact that my manabar is gone. otherwise the entire UI is working fine. are we going to see a perminent fix to that file soonish? i kinda like to be able to see that mana bar and like this UI too much to switch to one of the fixed UI's. they all suck compaired to this one.

Just added a hidden paperdoll to the false Inv window..

Thanks or the update Laffs, now I get the game to load and not crash...

Unfortunately, it is still giving me a message about he Mainhud Inventory window not being compatible. After a fresh complete clearance of the old folder contents and the reinstall.

The window to the right of the journal helper, with the bags, quest name, current zone and some more stats is not showing.

Any fix to this? You mentioned a paperdoll but...

PS: Even after deleting all the mainhud_inventory_blergh things, problem continues...

I use the Alt Player casting window and when I enter EQ2 I get a message telling me Mainhud inventory window is not compatible.

Forgot to change the damn silly version numbers :rolleyes:

Any idea on when you'll get a chance to fix it. I figured you might have fixed it this morning when i saw the update was posted this morning but the Main inventory hud still doesn't work =\

Like the others said, am missing the main hud inventory window but am also missing the quest title box also. thanks, love the interface. Wouldn't still be playing eq with out it!

Toggle alt+c to get the quest name window back

This UI dont have its own custom Inv window anymore m8, I might make another if they ever finish messing with it long enough

Yep getting the same error with the new on, I completed deleted the old folder. Getting the mainhud inventory window error. Also still can not hit Update or Cancel on the pop up window when trying to change a guild motd.

Alt C doesn't work laffs just get the MainHUD Inventory isn't right and should upgrade it

tried the alt c and it didnt work...got a message about main hud inventory not working when i tried it..dont know if that helps or not

Given that the MainHUD Inventory actualyl works fine, adn isnt modded, I'm guessing the error is wrong, and it means the issue is with the Quest Name window..

Not a problem, it's nothing major. I love the UI to much to be worried about that one box.

can't make it work with this new file either. i've rolled back to the lu25 versions and outside of the paperdoll looking odd it seems to work fine.

i still get the main hud error with the new file.

Tried to add the file you specified there, still get the MainHUD Inventory window not being compatible, for some unknown reason. :(

Can play without it, as I am not missing anything 100% crucial. If you manage to find some spare time to check it out though, it'd be really apreciated.

Sorry... don't know what would be of me without this UI. Just hope you can keep up your good work (for a long time =P). :D
