it must be cached on your computer, force ie or whatever browser you use to not use the file that is cached. I believe its CTRL+F5 for internet explorer

Minor suggestion for whenever you find the time...
maybe convert those URLs under Darin and Raestil's names to links around their names. The table should size better without the long URLs showing ;)
